Welcome to Three Dove. By purchasing and downloading digital products from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement. Please read this page carefully to understand how you can use the products you purchase from us.

License Types

We offer different types of licenses depending on the product you purchase. Each license grants you specific rights to use the product under certain conditions. The most common licenses are as follows:

1. Standard License:

With a Personal Use License, you may use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You cannot sell, redistribute, or use the product for commercial gain.

Allowed:

  • Standard License covers a single user.
  • You may use the product on personal projects such as websites, presentations, or social media posts.
  • No attribution/credit is required.
  • You can customize designs as you want.
  • You can use the purchased products to promote your business.
  • You can use our digital resources for client projects.

Not Allowed:

  • Resell, re-distribute or share our digital resources is prohibited in any way.
  • You may not use the asset for illegal purposes.
  • Please, remember that because of the nature of the item (digital products), we can’t accept any solicitations for refunds.

2. Agency Commercial License

Allowed:

  • This license covers Agencies / Teams.
  • No attribution/credit is required.
  • You can use our products on the client site.
  • You can use the purchased products to promote your business.
  • You can use our digital resources for team projects.

Not Allowed:

  • Resell, re-distribute or share our digital resources is prohibited in any way.
  • You may not use the asset for illegal purposes.

3. POD License Overview:

This POD License grants you the right to use our digital products (e.g., designs, templates, graphics, illustrations) for the purpose of creating and selling print-on-demand merchandise including unlimited to clothing, posters, mugs, and other physical products.

The following terms apply to your use of our products for print-on-demand (POD) services:

  • You may use the products to create physical products that you sell through your own POD business or platforms (e.g., Printful, Printify, Merch by Amazon, Etsy POD, TeeSpring, Redbubble, TeePublic, etc).
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files.
  • You are permitted to sell products with the designs on platforms that handle the production and fulfillment, provided that the product is a physical item.

4. Usage Restrictions

The following activities are not permitted under any license:

  • Reselling or Redistributing the product in its original form (e.g., as a standalone digital product) or as part of a collection for resale or free distribution.
  • Sub-licensing the product to third parties or allowing others to use the product for their own purposes.
  • Claiming Ownership of the product or parts of the product as your own.
  • Using the product in unlawful, defamatory, or immoral activities, or in a way that violates any applicable laws.
  • Selling or distributing products with no substantial modifications if they are based on our templates or designs, unless an Extended License is obtained.

5. Copyright and Ownership:

All digital products sold on threedove.com are the property of the original creators or threedove.com and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or grant you any exclusive rights to the product.

  • You are granted a license to use the product according to the terms specified in this agreement.
  • All rights not expressly granted to you in this License Agreement are reserved by threedove.com or the product creator.

6. Modifications

You are allowed to modify the products you purchase, such as changing a template’s text, colors, images, or other design elements. However, the modified version remains under the original licensing terms.

  • For example, if you modify a graphic design template, you can use it in your personal or commercial projects, but the product cannot be redistributed in its original or modified form.
  • Any modifications made to the product must not violate the restrictions outlined in this License Agreement.

7. Transfer of License

You may not transfer your license to another person or entity, except in cases where you are selling or transferring the product as part of a complete project, and with prior written consent from threedove.com. Any transfer of licenses must comply with the terms set out in this agreement.

8. Termination of License

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you fail to comply with the terms of this License Agreement. If your license is terminated, you must immediately stop using the product and destroy all copies in your possession.

Refunds and License Revocation

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. However, if you encounter a technical issue with the product (such as a corrupted file or an error), please contact our support team within 7 days for assistance.

We reserve the right to revoke your license if any of the terms of this License Agreement are violated. In the case of a violation, you will no longer have the right to use or access the digital product.

Three Dove remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright of the product. Three Dove shall not be liable for any claims related to or resulting from, your use of the images or any product purchased through Three Dove which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.

By purchasing and downloading a product from threedove.com, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or download any products from our site.
